UPDATES!:DDD

okay, thank you shaowei for everything you've reminded in the tagbaord.
lol, but THE PREVIOUS POST HAVE ALREADY STATED!
i'll summarise everything today(:

MEETING VENUE:: JURONG EAST MRT CONTROL STATION
MEETING TIME:: 11am
CHALET LOCATION:: COASTA SANDS RESORT{DownTownEast}
DATES:: 28deco6 - 29deco6

elaboration.

MEETING VENUE.
why we're choosing JEstation is because, some of us would be buying the barbeque food at imm in the morning. so, we wouldnt want to like go all the way back to gombak again &go back to je again &things like that. so we would meet at 11am, at JEstation straight.

BARBEQUE FOOD.
okay, the barbeque food, we'll have a few of us to go get it will do. cause we wouldnt want to have all 10+ of us down giant. yeah, so, the comittee would buy it &the others, would have more time sleeping(: yeah, so, dont worry about the food(:

COST.
we've borrowed 150dollars from mrlee first, so, we'll have to pay him alright(: &plus the rental fee of the chalet. &each of us have to pay $20, for everything. (: we might use a little too much, so, everyone might have to pay a little more ya? hope all of ya dont mind okay(;

ATTENDENCE.
now, there are only like 10 of us coming? i'll list them out now(:
Weijia, Cynthia, Khengyee, Marion, Nicole, Kirby, Guowei, Haozhe, Ivan, Cedric, Shaowei.
Mr lee, Supeng, Mervyn.
&thats all. yeah, &those names in red, they're still pretty unsure. &of cause, i hope they'll come yeah(: do confirm with us by today, hopefully, all in by tomorrow morning. &others, please tell us if you're able to come if you have not brought up anything about it to us ASAP. (;

ACTIVITIES.
thank you haozhe for bringing the board games, but we encourage more(: hehehe, &we might go to wildwildwet. PLEASE TELL US ABOUT YOUR OPINION. yeah, &anywhere any of you would want to go(;

now, the meeting time should be set. &everything settled. so, please, be punctual on thursday(: really hope to see more of you on that day! ;D

okay, we've decided the time to meet &stuffs.
so, heres the details.

CHALET LOCATION:: COASTA SANDS{downtowneast}
DATES:: 281206 - 291206
MEETING VENUE:: JURONG EAST{JE} MRT CONTROL STATION(:*
MEETING TIME:: 11am*

there are points to elaborate.

ONE; chalet location.
regarding the chalet location, its the one nearest to wildwildwet. (: we'll need a dollar coin for admission. so, do bring along a dollar coin. but i think others will have spare. so, dont have to quite worry(:

TWO; chalet amenities.
okay, what does the chalet have, CLICK HERE!:D
i forgotten which chalet mr lee booked, but i think its the one with xbox console? yeah, something like that(:

THREE; dates.
the dates of the chalet is 28dec - 29dec, &29dec we might be planning something last minute(: maybe going out together after checking out or something? i'll keep all of you update(:

FOUR; venue of meeting &time.*
we'll meet at je mrt control station at 11am. &after we'll set off to pasir ris station &over at there, we'll take a bus to downtowneast{dte}. &i think we can check in at 2.30pm. but mr lee have something on before 12pm. so, we'll meet him around 2pm or something at pasir ris / dte.
&the next day, we'll check out in the morning:D around 9plus, 10am.
&THE MEETING TIME &VENUE IS TENTATIVE. WE'LL KEEP ALL OF YOU UPDATE BY THE COMING WEEK:D SO DO CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES!:DDD

FIVE; activities.
we'll have outdoors; something like cycling &going to the beach to build sandcastle{?!} haha, alright, its fun anyway:D &whoever have monopoly set, uno stako, poker cards &something like these, please bring it okay? &any board games that we could play together(: if you have any of those board games, tag &tell us ya? so we can see who've already planned to bring so that we wont ask others to bring:D &about escape theme park, the comittee will discuss again &keep all of you update:D but if we're going, i dont think there would be any possibility for us to go to wildwildwet, cause, it'll cost a bomb:D haha. will keep all of you update!:DD

SIX; attedance.
okay, i dont know what we have to call this already. lol. okay, so those who're coming, please mail / text / msn / tag on blog to keep up update if you're coming(: we'll try our best to contact everybody. so, all of you tell me / marion / mad / ivan / gw / hz if you could come asap. tell us by coming tuesday{2612o6}. its a day after x'mas:DDD

SEVEN; cost.
we've went down to giant &checkout the price of food. so, i think everybody have to pay around $10 - $20. we'll try to keep amount each of you have to pay low. &the amount of money you pay, covers the barbeque food, chalet rental fee, &barbeque pit rental fee(:
so, if we were to go to anywhere else like cycling, you have to pay(: i think all of you understand right? haha.

EIGHT; safety.
i know this is abit off. we've gone out for outings &stuffs like that together, &i think all of you understand. but okay, we still have to take good care of ourselves, &one another(: try not to let things happen cause its kind of a festive season:DDD alright, i hope im not being paronoid xD

hello everyone my first post here. er i got a suggestion why dun we stick back to 24-26 December and spend Christmas together. cosh we get to spend Christmas with our family every year. so make it special spend it with the sixoneys ;D i already told my parents i won't be turning up for Christmas^^ besides $28 per night is cheap... my class chalet at Costa Sands Pasir Ris is expensive and we're now still collecting money for the chalet although it ended. as for the Christmas activity, everyone would have to bring a gift worth $10. ( $9.90 also can la cause Christmas offer mah) then we will like lucky draw liddat lor. so i dun think the dates are confirm and please reply ASAP for ur attendance.

there r changes fer the klz chalet.
sorry bout the double mails i sent some of ya bout the changes
there'll be more changes
&we'll have adjustments on things now &then
so, pls check out on klz blog frequently:D

firstly,
the dates.
we actually wanted it to be on 28 - 30dec
but its fully booked fer the sentosa kampong hut
then, we changed the date to 24 - 26dec
&some of ya dowanna miss the chance to celebrate it with ur family
so, we'll just stick to 28 - 29dec
2days 1night.
no kampong huts):
but rooms at coastasands, downtowneast most probably(:
ive been there this nov, the rooms r quite big.
&there r 4beds &stuffs(:
not too bad of a chalet

i cant possibly plan everything on my own,
so, i need a comittee or some kinda thing coming up ya?
now, ivan is quite of a in-charge of one of the activity we're gonna plan.
but i dunno if we'll still carry it out.
so, we have to plan:D
